Born in Everett, Washington on April 11, 1947, Frank Willson graduated from the University of Washington in 1969 and Northwestern School of Law in 1973.
He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1973 and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington in 1974.
He is a member of the Washington State Bar and American Bar Associations and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
